TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This page sets out the Terms and Conditions of Black Sheep Cycling Promotions provided by Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are intended to protect you and Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd; and are applicable to you as the customer. If you do not understand the below Terms & Conditions, or if you have any questions, please contact customer service at info@blacksheepcycling.cc 8am-4pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
 
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

All promotional offers offered via SMS, email, post or by a Black Sheep Cycling team member, as authorised by Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd, are subject to the below conditions. Any and/or all codes required for redemption when shopping online at au.blacksheepcycling.cc or us.blacksheepcycling.cc must be entered at the cart stage online prior to proceeding to payment. If you fail to enter your promotion code prior to checkout the difference cannot be refunded or credited after the transaction has been finalised. Promotional discount offerings are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promotion can be applied per purchase. Transactions purchased with Gift With Purchase promotions can only be refunded if the gift with the purchase is also returned.

Anniversary Giveaway

 1. Promoter: The promoter is Black Sheep Performance Apparel Pty Ltd (ABN 89 606 647 241, ACN 606 647 241), located at 15 Helen Street, Teneriffe, QLD, AUSTRALIA, 4005., Email: info@blacksheepcycling.cc

2. Competition Period: The competition begins on 23rd May 2024 at 12pm AEST and ends on 2nd June 2024 at 12pm AEST.

3. This promotion is authorised under NSW Authority No. TP/03536 and ACT Permit No. TP 24/01103.

4. Eligibility: This competition is open to all individuals in Australia except SA aged 18 and older. Employees of Black Sheep, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

5. Entry: To enter, participants must sign up with their email address on the Black Sheep’s competition page. By entering, participants agree to receive exclusive updates from Black Sheep and its major partners, including Bossi Bicycles and Crooze. The maximum number of entries is one per email address.

6. Prizes: A total of 10 prizes will be awarded with a total value of $19,765.90. The prizes are as follows:

7. Draw Details: The draw will take place on 3rd June 2024 at 3pm AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer using a electronic random draw system at 15 Helen Street, Teneriffe, QLD.

8. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email and phone (if available) by 7 June 2024.

9. Publication of Results: Winners of all prizes will be published on Blacksheep.cc by 7 June 2024.

10. Unclaimed Prize Draw: If any prizes remain unclaimed, a redraw will take place on 3rd September 2024 at 3pm AEST at the same location as the original draw. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email and phone (if available) by 6^th September 2024 and published on Blacksheep.cc by 6^th September 2024.

11. Purpose of Collection of Information: The information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing purposes as described in the official rules. Email addresses collected through this competition will be shared with our major partners, including Bossi and Crooze, for marketing purposes.

12. General Conditions: Black Sheep reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Black Sheep Cycling’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition. In such case, Black Sheep may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken, subject to approval of the relevant authorities.

13. Data Privacy: By entering the competition, participants agree to Black Sheep’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Black Sheep’s Privacy Policy (https://au.blacksheep.cc/policies/privacy-policy).

14. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

15. Taxes and Duties: All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any customs duties or fees on prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes or duties. We recommend that winners consult with their tax advisor to determine any applicable tax liabilities associated with receiving the prize.

By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Black Sheep, which are final and binding.
