How do I create a Do Good Account?
If you have a Do Good Account, you get up to a 10% extra discount (Do Good Level 2 gets 5% OFF and Do Good Level 3 gets 10% OFF). To create an account (and link any past orders you have made), head to blacksheep.cc/pages/do-good and click join. If you have previously placed orders with Black Sheep, make sure you use the email address that you have used for these orders.
How do I add product to my Wishlist?
You will see a Love Heart next to every product on our collection pages (you can try it on the Staff Picks above). Simply tap the heart, and it’s added to your Wishlist. You can even create individual collections, but you don’t have to. The good thing about Wish Lists is that you can add product straight to your cart. I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?
Not during this sale. Our warehouse is in overdrive, and combining orders will at best just delay your order arriving, and at worst, create more risk that you miss out on items. So just sit tight.
Can I return Items from this sale?
Returns are a delicate dance. If we’ve made a boo-boo, we’ll fix it. But for changing your mind, not so much. Check our return policy before you click ‘Buy.’
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We’re quick, not magicians. We aim to have orders fulfilled between 24 hours to 48 hours (during the working week). Please keep in mind that delays can occur during sale periods due to volume. Know that we are working through orders as quickly as possible. Answering emails asking us to pack orders quicker will, ironically, mean we can’t pack orders quicker.
