We ship via DHL Express, 3 to 5 days to most US addresses, and if some surprise fee does sneak through, don’t panic. Forward the notice to info@blacksheepcycling.cc and we’ll take care of it. No drama. No BS.

If it hasn’t shipped, yes. Once it’s out the door, though, we’re unable to make any changes - your best bet is to contact the courier directly for any rerouting options.

My old promo code doesn’t work. Why?

We go global. Wherever you are, we’ll find a way. See shipping FAQs for specifics.

How long will my order take to ship?

3-5 days is our aim (weekdays). During the sale? Expect the warehouse to be in overdrive.. So hold tight, and maybe don’t send three emails in 12 minutes asking where your bibs are. We promise, real humans are on it.

Will I get tracking details?

Yes. Emails, SMS, pigeons if needed. Hell, even messenger sheep. We’ll let you know every step of the way.

Just checked out, but now I want something else. Can you add it?

Nope. But you can place another order. Go wild.

I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?

We love efficiency, but not this week. Combining orders will just delay things and increase the risk of chaos. We’re fast, but we’re not wizards.

Can I negotiate prices via chat?

This isn’t eBay. The price you see is the deal you get. No haggling.

Can you make more of a sold-out item?

If only it were that easy. Sometimes we can. Usually we can’t. Keep an eye on restocks or just move fast next time.

Can I return sale items?

If we messed up, then hell yeah. Buttttt this dosn’t happen often. If you just changed your mind mid-coffee then check our return policy. We’re not the Grinch, but we do have limits. In short, exchanging or chasing store credit? All good. Refund? Not for sale items.
